Welcome to The Pretty Platter! By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

The Pretty Platter (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mobile charcuterie services, grazing tables, custom platters, and event catering. These Terms & Conditions govern all use of our website, products, and services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site or booking services.

 

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

Final payment is due no later than 7 days before your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event may receive a partial refund, less the deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are not available for no-shows or unused services.

 

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, The Pretty Platter is not a certified allergen-free kitchen.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us in advance of any allergies or food sensitivities.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.

 

5. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup times will be confirmed during booking.

Customers must ensure we have clear and safe access to the venue.

Once we complete setup, we are not responsible for food safety beyond the agreed timeframe. Grazing tables should be consumed within 2 hours for food safety reasons.

6. Custom Orders & Boards

All custom orders, including engraved boards and themes, must be confirmed and approved at least 10 days before the event.

Once approved and in production, no changes can be made.

Photos or renderings are for inspiration only; final presentation may vary based on seasonal availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photos, designs, and branding, is the property of The Pretty Platter and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our website, products, or services.

In no event shall The Pretty Platter’s liability exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website is used solely to process orders and communicate with you.
